Pastor Shaun accepted the pastorate at the First Assembly in May of 2005 with 100% affirmation vote. He has been in active ministry since 1997, faithfully serving in the offices of Sunday School Teacher, Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor, District Youth Director, Regional Youth Council, and Evangelism & Home Missions Pastor. Pastor Shaun has spoken at many churches, revivals, Leadership Seminars, School Assemblies, and conferences. He was previously ordained with the church of God (Cleveland), where he served at the Wurtland Church of God in the Evangelism Dept. Pastor Shaun has a passion for lost souls in this community, as well as a vision and drive for the local church body. He and his wife Annie have three children: Two sons, Isaiah & Noah, and one daughter, Emma!
Pastor Chuck has been the "official" Music Pastor since July of 2005! He has sought to bring a variety of praise and worship to the congregation. He serves along with the other members of the Praise and Worship team to glorify God through song. The ability to bring the congregation into harmony and unity through song and ready their hearts to hear the Word of God is not an easy task. However, it is one that through the power of prayer and the anointing of The Holy Ghost that Pastor Chuck meets head on and accomplishes. He and his wife Jennifer have a son, Evan, and a daughter, Faith.
Bro. Robert (Red) Baer has been a cornerstone of this local body for many years. His Leadership and faithfulness has proven very beneficial to the furtherance of this assembly. As Christian Ed. Pastor, Bro. Baer is consistently meeting the challenges the area of Sunday School for advancement of the Word of God in each class. He and His wife Marie have 3 children.

Bro. Toben Wallingford brings a background of Church Leadership with him to Chillicothe First Assembly. He has served as a Youth Pastor, Sunday School Teacher, and Church Board member at other fellowships. He currenty serves as an Associate Pastor, Men's Ministry President, and a current Board member. Toben is the proud father of 4 children: Tyler, Sarah, Taylor, & Bethany!
Bro. Rick Scites has been in the Assemblies of God for a number of years. He has served in times past as a Board member, church treasurer, Sunday School Teacher, and Bible Study teacher for adults. He currently serves as an Associate Pastor along with Bro. Toben. Rick and his wife, Pat, have 2 sons: Scott & Rob
Bro. Major has served in church leadership capacities before with Children's ministries of the Assemblies at Radiant Life Assemblies of God in Dublin. He currently serves in the capacity of Evangelism Pastor. He oversees the total outreach program of our church. Major and his wife, SueAnn, have 5 children: Major, Lexi, Maddi, Hunter, & Christian.
Sis. Sally serves as the only woman on Pastoral Staff. However, the wealth of experience she brings cannot be ignored. Sis. Sally has served in church leadership in areas of finance, evangelistic outreach, compassion & care ministries, and Church Boards. She is currently serving as the Discipleship Pastor and oversees the total discipleship program for the church. Sally and her husband, Jim, have 4 children: Toben, Terry, Todd, & Teresa.
Bro. Jon Beery is an administrator at heart. Jon has been a tremendous asset to Pastor Shaun in the realm of financial oversight, and the ability to implement policies. Bro. Jon serves as the Administrative Pastor, meaning all financial burdens are relieved from the Senior Pastor, and are dealt with through Jon's office. Bro. Jon also works for a local bank. He and his wife, Rhonda, have one daughter - Leah Joy!
